As part of the P2P: Youth Participation and Decision-Making Through Sport project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, Malta FA FSR Team organised an interactive session with young people from Aġenzija Żgħażagħ.
The session aimed to promote youth participation, teamwork, communication, and active engagement through sport-based activities. By creating a fun and inclusive environment, participants were encouraged to develop skills that are essential for leadership, cooperation, and involvement in decision-making processes.

The programme included a range of practical activities:
- Color Sort Relay: a team challenge that highlighted cooperation, planning, and problem-solving under time pressure.
- Trust Walk: participants worked in pairs, with one person blindfolded and guided by their partner, developing trust, empathy, and communication skills.
- Paired Ball Pass Challenges: a series of passing exercises designed to improve coordination, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Balloon Balance: a creative activity that encouraged cooperation and collective problem-solving while keeping balloons in the air using specific body parts.

Throughout the session, participants demonstrated teamwork, and a willingness to support one another. The activities showcased how sport can be a powerful tool for empowering young people, building confidence, and encouraging active participation in their communities.
The P2P project focuses on strengthening youth involvement in decision-making processes through sport, helping young people become active citizens. Through initiatives such as this, Malta FA FSR Team continues to support the development of inclusive opportunities that empower young people and give them a voice in shaping their future
